Claims for Damaged/Incorrect Products
If your GoSpirulina arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include a picture of the issue and a brief explanation in your message.
We will review your claim and promptly notify you of the approval or rejection for a replacement or refund.
If you wish to return your product without any specific reason, we will accept it but it must be unopened.
Approved Replacements or Refunds
Approved replacements typically ship within 3 business days.
For approved refunds, a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days. Meaning you will get your money back directly to your card.
What is not covered
Wrong Address: We cannot provide refunds for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If your package is returned due to an invalid address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Packages: Shipments returned due to being unclaimed are subject to reshipment costs at your expense.
Customs Rejection: Researching import regulations for your country is crucial. GoSpirulina is not responsible for customs fees or packages rejected by customs.
Order Cancellation After Production: Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the product is already prepared for fulfillment, even if it hasn’t shipped yet.
Late or Missing Refunds
If expecting a cash refund, allow processing time by your bank or credit card company.
